Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Multiverse is a concept about which we know frighteningly little.

…was a huge week for Marvel’s true believers: with the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, and the series finale of Hawkeye, the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse just got a lot bigger…

While Loki introduced the concept of the Multiverse within the internal logic of the MCU, Spider-Man: No Way Home will go down in history, intertwining multiple franchises into one massive tapestry.

Earth-199999Tom-Holland as Spider-Man
Earth-120703Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man,
from the Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2
Earth-96283Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man,
from Spider-Man 1, 2, 3
Earth-S?Tom Hardy as Tom Hardy / Venom,
from Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
While the above characters planeshifted into the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse as a result of Doctor Strange’s reality-altering spell, he cast during the events of the movie, more characters have joined the canon through other means…

While we saw how Venom planeshifted into Earth-199999 (it’s implied that Topher Grace’s incarnation of Venom is part of a multiversal hive-mind, allowing both characters to exchange knowledge on Spider-Man’s infamy along the Symbiotes,) the events of Marvel’s Netflix television series were too low, street-level to be part of the Infinity Saga per see.

Either way, Daredevil might have just become required watching for a complete marathon of the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse.
